We at FarmersMagic are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality fruits. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive rotten or damaged fruits at the time of shipping, we will process a refund for you.

To return your order:

  1. Please contact us at contact@farmersmagic.in or +91-7600074666 within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.
  2. We will require you to send us a photo of the rotten or damaged fruits.
  3. Once we have approved your return request, you will need to ship the fruits back to us at your own expense.
  4. Once we have received the returned fruits, we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • We will only process refunds for rotten or damaged fruits that are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will not process refunds for fruits that are damaged due to improper handling or storage.
  • We will not process refunds for fruits that are eaten or partially eaten.
